All sales are FINAL when purchasing through our Team Sales Department. We will not accept returns or exchanges unless the item purchased is defective or has manufacturer flaws. If you do receive a defective item, immediately contact our Team Sales staff at (416) 445-5700 or email us at teamsales@justhockeytoronto.com with the item details, and your receipt number. Your receipt number can be found within the email sent at the time of purchase, or can also be retrieved through your Profile page on our website. Defective products must be returned IN STORE at 900 Don Mills Road, North York, Ontario, Canada, M3C-1V6.
Orders are usually available for pick up within 6-8 weeks of time of purchase. Some items may take longer for pick up depending on specifications. If an item requires custom work or embroidery, it may cause the item to be available at a later date.
All items MUST BE PICKED UP IN STORE. We will hold the items for you at our 900 Don Mills Road, North York, Ontario, Canada, M3C-1V6 location until you are ready for pick up. We will not contact you to let you know when your items are ready for pick up, it is your responsibility to locate and pick up your items.
Shipping costs will be calculated into the cost of products. Because of the size and weight of items, each may have a unique cost. For more information on the cost of shipping, you can contact our Team Sales team at teamsales@justhockeytoronto.com.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to inspect products at time of pick up. If there is any structural damage to the item on time of pick up, please advise our staff of the problem. Once the item leaves our facility, we are NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE for the item.
